Booth Sharing Policy – Important Information

Description:

• Groups, circles, or brands may apply for 1 booth, but only a maximum of 2 creators can be present at the booth at all times.
• Maximum 2 creators behind each booth at all times (for safety and comfort).
• If more creators need to be present, additional booths are required:
  • 1 booth = 2 creators
  • 2 booths = 4 creators
  • 3 booths = 6 creators

Recommendation:

• For large merchandise variety: 2–3 booths (based on budget and inventory).
• For portfolio showcase or networking: 1 booth is sufficient.

Housekeeping and Space Management:
To maintain a tidy and safe event space:

• All luggage, boxes, and extra items must be kept under the table during the event.
• For booths with multiple creators, a test setup before the event is strongly recommended to ensure efficient use of space.
