We absolutely love the creativity and passion our visitors bring to the event—especially when capturing memories with your camera or phone! 🤳✨

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, please take note of the following guidelines:

✅ You’re welcome to take photos using handheld cameras or mobile phones.
❌ However, large equipment such as soft light boxes, heavy-duty lighting panels/stickers, or similar bulky setups are not allowed, both inside and outside the event hall.

This is due to safety reasons and out of consideration for our hall neighbours who are hosting other ongoing events.
We want to be responsible and respectful co-tenants in the venue space.

Only official RQXL photographers may use such equipment inside the venue hall as part of their role.
